3.4. Automated Moderation
The textual content of published listings (title, description, conditions, job type, remuneration, location) is subject to prior automated moderation carried out by an artificial intelligence model provided by Anthropic, in order to detect manifestly unlawful or non-compliant content (discrimination, hate speech, fraud, etc.). This analysis is performed without human intervention for listings presenting a high confidence score. Listings flagged by the system are submitted to human review by SYMAN CONSULTING prior to publication.
In accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to contest this automated decision, to express your point of view, and to obtain human intervention by writing to privacy@jde-jobs.com.

SYMAN CONSULTING engages the following processors, who act on its instructions and provide sufficient guarantees within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR:

6. Your Rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): to request the deletion of your data within the limits permitted by law

SYMAN CONSULTING implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) across the entire Site
- Encryption at rest of stored files (CVs, logos, attachments)
- Strong authentication for administrator access
- Hosting within the European Union for the most sensitive data
- Selection of processors offering contractual and technical guarantees compliant with the GDPR
9. Cookies
The terms governing the placement and use of cookies on the Site are detailed in the Cookie Policy accessible from the Site's footer.
10. Minors
The Site is intended for professional use and is not designed to be used by persons under the age of 16. No intentional collection of data relating to minors is carried out. If you become aware that a minor has provided personal data without the required parental consent, you may contact privacy@jde-jobs.com to request its deletion.
11. Amendments to this Policy

This policy is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its application falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
